¿Qué es un Crystal Grid?

Un Crystal Grid es una agrupación de piedras en una formación de geometría sagrada (el lenguaje del Universo) para manifestar una intención específica. Los crystal grids o geometría cristal, son herramientas poderosas ya que cada piedra dentro del grid amplifica las cualidades y la energía de las otras piedras, creando un vórtice de energía entre las piedras, la geometría sagrada y tu intención. Soy amante de crearlos y de usarlos en diferentes espacios de mi casa según la energía y la intención que quiero manifestar. Si recibiste uno en alguno de mis eventos lo más probable es que también hayas recibido un Cuarzo Transparente o Rosa. Es súper fácil de usar y el tamaño es perfecto para llevártelo de viaje.

Cuarzo Transparente o Clear Quartz es el “influencer” más top entre todos los cristales y además vive en la nueva energía de la colaboración, lo cual significa que comparte el centro de atención. Ayuda a expandir nuestra consciencia y a soltar ataduras negativas. Hoy en día se usa en tecnología para contener las corrientes de energía y por eso sabemos que es increíble en temas de programación. Una vez lo programes, tu intención se mandará constantemente a el Universo, incluso cuando no estés pensando en ello.

El Cuarzo Transparente ayuda a que tengas claridad mental. Tiene propiedades curativas ya que aumenta y amplifica el nivel de energía de los otros cristales que entran en contacto con él, manteniendo la intención establecida. Es un sanador universal y se vincula a todos los chakras para proporcionar equilibrio y armonía.

Cuarzo Rosa es una piedra que te ayudará a ver todo con lentes de amor y a recordarte que todos estamos en busca de él. La piedra del amor incondicional y la conexión a la divinidad, Dios, el Universo. Amor es lo que somos y esta piedra existe para recordártelo. te abrirá el corazón para que te ames más a ti, a tu familia, tus amigos, a la humanidad y a tu pareja y te ayudará a soltar emociones negativas y a sanar todos los aspectos del corazón. Te ayudará a sanar todas las heridas de tu corazón y restaurará la fe, la compasión, la armonía y el equilibrio.

¿Qué necesitas?

• Saber dónde quieres poner tu grid de cristal. Un altar en casa es un buen lugar, aunque lo puedes poner donde quieras.
• Un pedazo de papel pequeño para que escribas tu intención para que tu grid tenga un enfoque.
• Aprende más de piedras y sus cualidades y compra las que sientas necesitas en este momento de tu vida. Si solo tienes la que te regalé en el evento, vamos a trabajar con esa como el cristal para el centro.
• Un cristal para el centro (anchor stone). Escoge una piedra principal que tiene que ver con tu intención. Esta piedra es la que ancla la intención y la manda al Universo.
• 6 piedras que irán alrededor de la piedra central y apoyen tu intención.
• Palo santo, incienso o una rama de salvia.
• Una punta de cuarzo.
• Un crystal grid.

Instrucciones

1. Antes de empezar a crear tu crystal grid, decide qué intención le vas a poner. Estás en busca de una pareja, o quieres darte más amor y practicar amor propio todos los días? Quieres más abundancia? O atraer nuevas amistades en tu vida? De pronto quieres mantener la buena salud? O conectarte de nuevo a tu creatividad? Sea lo que sea que estén queriendo manifestar en tu vida, busca claridad para que tu grid la potencialice. Sé claro con tu intención y lo más específico posible ya que esto te ayudará a escoger las piedras con las que trabajarás con tu grid.
2. Aprende más de piedras y sus cualidades y compra las que sientas necesitas en este momento de tu vida y que estén alineadas con tu intención. Si solo tienes la que te regalé en el evento, vamos a trabajar con esa en el centro. No hay piedras que sean mejores que otras, escoge piedras que te atraigan. Usa tu intuición.
3. Piensa a dónde quieres poner tu grid de cristal. Un altar en casa es un buen lugar, aunque lo puedes poner donde quieras.
4. Para centrarte, practica esta respiración de 5 minutos.
5. Limpia tu espacio de cualquier energía quemando salvia o palo santo.
6. Piensa en una intención y escribe una afirmación para que tu grid tenga un enfoque. Dóblalo y ponlo en el centro del grid.
7. Cierra los ojos y respira profundo. Repite tu intención en tu mente mientras la visualizas.
8. Pon tus 6 pedras en los círculos de afuera. Recuerda que estas 6 piedras apoyan la intención de la piedra central. Asegúrate de que queden alineados geométricamente para que fluya la energía y mientras las pones, ten tu intención presente.
9. Pon la piedra principal y ponla en el centro encima del papel. Esta piedra es la que ancla (anchor stone). Si usas aceites esenciales de doterra, échate una gota en la palma izquierda de “anchor”, cierra los ojos, frota las manos y repite tu afirmación varias veces en tu mente.
10. Activa tu crystal grid. Con un cuarzo de punta (no importa el tamaño), empieza por afuera, traza una línea invisible entre cada piedra para que queden conectados energéticamente.
11. Saca tiempo de vez en cuando para que te conectes con la energía de tu crystal grid. Ponlo en un lugar donde medites regularmente para que actives en ti toda la energía que estás queriendo ver manifestada en tu vida. No te olvides de tomar decisiones que estén alineadas a tu felicidad para que cada día vibres en vibraciones más altas.

It will help you heal all the wounds of your heart and restore faith, compassion, harmony and balance.

What you need

• Know where you want to put your crystal grid. An altar at home is a good place, although you can put it wherever you want.

Instructions

Whatever you are wanting to manifest in your life, look for clarity so that your grid amplifies it. Be clear with your intention and be as specific as possible. This will help you choose the stones you will work with.
2. Learn more about stones and their qualities and buy the ones that you need at this moment in your life and that are aligned with your intention. If you only have the one I gave you at the event, we will work with that at the center of the grid. There are no stones that are better than others, choose stones that you are attracted to. Use your intuition.
3. Think about where you want to put your crystal grid. An altar at home is a good place, although you can put it wherever you want.
4. To focus, practice this breathing for 5 minutes. Inhale counting till 4, hold your breath counting till 4, exhale counting till 4, and hold your breath counting till 4. Count silently in your mind. Do this 5 minutes and then open your eyes and continue.
5. Clean your space of any energy by burning sage or palo santo.
6. Think of an intention and write an affirmation so that your grid has a focus. Fold it and put it in the center of the grid.
7. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Repeat your intention in your mind while you visualize it.
8. Put your 6 stones in the outside circles. Remember that these 6 stones support the intention of the central stone. Make sure they are aligned geometrically so that the energy flows, and as you place them, keep your intention in your heart.
9. Put the main stone it in the center on top of the paper. This stone is the anchor stone. If you use doterra essential oils, put a drop of the essential oil "anchor" on your left palm, close your eyes, rub your hands together and repeat your affirmation several times in your mind.
10. Activate your crystal grid. With a pointed quartz (no matter the size), start on the outside, draw an invisible line between each stone to be connected energetically.
11. Take time from time to time to connect with the energy of your crystal grid. Put it in a place where you meditate regularly so that you activate in yourself all the energy that you are wanting to see manifested in your life.
