Breathwork, Sound Healing & Collaging

Join us for an intimate morning of ritual and connection. We’ll open with a guided Breathwork Journey and Alchemy Crystal Bowl Meditation led by Sarah of Be Generation Love School to awaken the body and consciously open the energy of this threshold. Culminating in a Ceremonial Art Journey (no experience necessary) with artist Sharon Aluma, where vision and intuitive collage translate inner knowing into form, revealing what’s ready to emerge and take root in the year ahead. Come as you are.

All materials are provided. Please bring a yoga mat and any props for comfort while lying down for breathwork and sound; magazines or scissors are optional.

Sharon Aluma

Is a painter, ceramicist, and ceremonial guide, and co-founder of Alignment Atelier. Her art practice began in childhood and is shaped by a lifelong spiritual inheritance, along with decades of study and teaching in art, movement, sound, and energy medicine. Through embodiment, intuitive art, and ritual, her work invites deep listening, presence, and the translation of inner states into living form.

Sarah MacMillan

Is a heart connector, guiding others to soften the pace, quiet the mind, and reconnect with their inner knowing. Through this remembering, clarity naturally unfolds. She is the founder of Be Generation Love School, a space devoted to training facilitators in holistic and integrative practices. In her Sound Temple in Aventura, Florida, Sarah holds one of the largest collections of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowls, where sound becomes a bridge back to the self.
